Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Branova CRM subscriptions.
1. Subscriptions
Branova CRM is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not charge any cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a verified service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request fairly.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.
5. Data after cancellation
You may export your data before cancelling. We retain data for a short grace period after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
